Stakeholder Role and Responsibility
City of El Paso Fire Department Provide incident information to the general public.
Dispatch City of El Paso Fire and FMS Vehicles to respond to incidents.
Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies and traffic management agencies as appropriate.
Participate in incident response, coordination, and reporting for the regional incident and mutual aid network.
City of El Paso Police Department Participate in incident response, coordination, and reporting for the regional incident and mutual aid network.
Provide incident information to the general public.
Operate a regional PSAP (public safety answering point).
Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies and traffic management agencies as appropriate.
Share incident information with the regional traffic, maintenance, and construction agencies.
Dispatch City of El Paso Police vehicles to respond to incidents.
City of El Paso Streets and Maintenance Department Share incident information with regional public safety agencies.
County Emergency Management Agencies Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies and traffic management agencies as appropriate.

Private Ambulance Dispatch ambulances from regional private ambulance companies to respond to incidents.
Private Tow/Wrecker Providers Dispatch tow and/or wrecker vehicles from regional private tow/wrecker companies to respond to incidents.
Regional University/Colleges Dispatch university/college police vehicles to respond to incidents.
RGCOG Coordinate incident response with other public safety agencies and traffic management agencies as appropriate.
Dispatch police, fire, and EMS vehicles to respond to incidents occurring in Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, and Brewster counties.
