Stakeholders

The Regional ITS Architecture resulted from the consensus input of a diverse set of stakeholders, encompassing traffic, transit, public safety, and many other operating agencies at local, state, and national levels. It includes both public and private sectors and spans the organizations that manage, support, or are impacted by the surface transportation system, with particular focus on agencies that operate transportation systems in the region.

Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (CRRMA) is El Paso's transportation agency, created in 2007 to develop funding strategies and expedite design and construction of mobility projects in the El Paso region.
City of El Paso Represent overall city government and misc departments such as that responsible for the airport.
City of El Paso Destination El Paso Department Organization providing event and traveler information for El Paso, formerly known as the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
City of El Paso Fire Department CIty department responsible for fire, HAZMAT, EMS, and emergency management.
City of El Paso International Bridges Department Department that operates toll collection equipment at ports of entry and utilizes CCTV cameras for monitoring of border areas.
City of El Paso Police Department The Police Department provides public safety services for the city.
City of El Paso Streets and Maintenance Department The Streets and Maintenance Department is comprised of the Facilities and Fleet Management Division, Street Resurfacing Division, Street Operations Division, and Transportation Management Division.

El Paso Regional 911 District The El Paso County 911 District is a special purpose district, a government entity created by the voters in 1987. Its core mission is to establish, maintain, and administer the 9–1–1 system in El Paso County.
Financial Institution Banks involved in the transfer of funds for toll and fare collection as well as for other fee based transportation services.
IBWC International Boundary and Water Commission
Independent School Districts Includes public school districts throughout the El Paso region: El Paso, Socorro and Ysleta.
Juarez IMIP Juarez Planning Organization. Similar in function to an MPO.
Media Includes both print (newspaper) and broadcast (TV, radio) news media in the region.

Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority (MVRDA) The Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority (MVRDA) was created in 1989 through a Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Las Cruces and Doña Ana County, becoming the first consolidated dispatch center in the State of New Mexico.

RGCOG Rio Grande Council of Governments (RGCOG). The RGCOG is the administrative authority for 9–1–1 emergency communications in Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, and Brewster counties. RGCOG is responsible for five Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) and works directly with agencies to ensure the delivery of 9–1–1 calls to the proper PSAP.
South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) provides fixed–route transit and passenger rail services for Dona Ana, Otero and Sierra County in New Mexico.
Sun Metro Transit Sun Metro, the City of El Paso's Mass Transit Department, is El Paso's citywide transit system
Texas A and M Transportation Institute (TTI) Transportation research agency. Headquartered on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, TX.
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Formerly Texas Natural Resource Conservation Committee; the TCEQ can provide weather data to help in the forecasting of hazardous spill plumes
