Description

This project will examine and further refine and optimize the Traffic Incident Management (TIM) program for the TxDOT El Paso District. This project will update the TIM Plan and utilize performance metrics strategy to monitor performance of TIM program and adjust as needed. Potential training opportunities could also be identified for emergency response personnel.
