Description

The Border Crossing Information System (BCIS) collects and archives current and historic wait time information for select POEs in TX, NM and AZ. This website is a user interface for the BCIS and provides the following information: Expected wait times and expected crossing times for US bound commercial vehicles in TX, NM and AZ; Expected wait times of US–and–Mexico bound passenger vehicles; Historic data of actual wait times and actual crossing times. Historic wait time data for both passenger and commercial vehicles is provided. The BCIS is funded by TxDOT and FHWA, and developed and maintained by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI).
